There are so many custom options for you to choose from; with Tradeprint, you can custom-build your diaries to suit your needs. Choose from a range of sizes, from compact A6 to large A3, perfect for every purpose—from pocket planners to desk diaries. We offer five premium cover stock options to ensure your design looks stunning and feels premium. 

Design the cover however you wish and custom-design the interior pages to reflect the personality of your brand.  These can be designed to be planners or notebooks just as easily as they can be designed to be diaries, the flexibility is there for almost any design choice.  We have opted for wiro binding which is the best format for a lay-flat document meaning that they are easy to write in.  This is a subtle format choice that inspires confidence in the product because you have the user in mind.

For Diary and Planner Printing Success Follow These Steps

Please supply your diaries artwork as a single PDF, running in page order from the front cover to the back cover. For example, a 22-page diary or planner made should be supplied as one PDF with 22 pages.

• Custom diaries must contain an even number of pages (the total must be divisible by 2).

• You should not place words, page numbers or images too close to the edges of each page as these can be trimmed away in the finishing process. We recommend a safe zone of at least 15 mm on the binding edge and 10mm on all other edges.Please download our templates to assist with your file creation.

• Include 3mm bleed on all sides

• Supply as a CMYK PDF, preferably in PDF/X1a format

• Outline or embed fonts

• 300dpi resolution​​

We highly recommend applying lamination to covers with heavy ink coverage. Lamination serves as a protective layer for the cover, preventing any potential marking caused by ink transfer or rubbing off during transit or storage.
