Recycled cotton is produced from the leftover materials generated by textile factories during the cutting process, also known as pre-consumer waste. The process involves blending similar colours together, thereby eliminating the need for additional dyeing. However, due to the nature of recycled cotton, there may be a slight variation in colour.

The 18.5cm handle length provides comfortable and convenient carrying, whether you're heading to the grocery store, the beach, or a day out shopping. Our tote bags come in a range of five soft, eco-inspired colours, allowing you to choose the perfect hue to complement your brand's rustic and environmentally-friendly image.

Screen printing is a traditional print method where ink is pushed through a mesh screen onto the product, using a stencil to create the design. Each colour is applied one layer at a time, making it best suited for bold, single-colour graphics and solid shapes. Known for its durability and crisp finish, screen printing is ideal for simple logos, text, and high-volume runs on flat or slightly curved surfaces.

Top Tips:   

• Avoid fine lines and intricate details.   

• Use a minimum font size of 8pt to maintain readability.   

• Outline all strokes by converting them to shapes.   

• Don’t use gradients in your design   

• Ink may spread slightly during transfer—avoid designs with tight gaps or very closely spaced elements that could blur or merge.
