Choose from three professional-grade materials:

• 440 gsm PVC – A durable, great-value option that delivers sharp, vibrant prints designed to stand out in any outdoor setting. Its tear-resistant, weatherproof finish makes it ideal for high-traffic public areas and extended outdoor campaigns.

• 320 gsm PVC-Free – A heavyweight, recyclable alternative with a tough, four-layer woven construction. Engineered for strength and sustainability, it offers excellent UV resistance and tear strength, making it ideal for long-term outdoor use—even in exposed locations.

• 260 gsm PVC Mesh – Perfect for windy or open-air environments, this breathable mesh reduces wind resistance to prevent flapping or tearing. A smart choice for construction fencing, scaffolding, or any site where airflow matters without sacrificing visual impact.

All materials are tested to meet high standards of print quality and durability. Recycling options for PVC-free substrates are available in the UK and continue to develop through ongoing collaboration with waste partners.

Optional black cable ties (300mm, packs of 50) are available for easy and secure installation.

Technical Specifications

Artwork Set Up For Outdoor Banner Printing

• Please supply artwork at a scale of 1:1

• Eyelets are automatically positioned 20mm from the edge of the banner and are then spaced every 500mm (approx.) apart.

• Include 3mm bleed on all sides

• Safe Zone Requirement, 50mm from the trim edge - don't place anything of importance here in case it gets the chop in the finishing process.

• Supply as a CMYK PDF - What is a PDF:x1a 2001 PDF?

• Outline or embed fonts

• 150dpi resolution

• Printing in large format is different to printing on paper products. To avoid disappointing results, we recommend aminimum font size of 18pt and a line weight of 2pt for this product. Please have a look at our Help Centre article for more details.
