Custom Sized Saddle Stitched Printing

Have a professional looking Booklet in a cost-effective way with our Saddle Stitched production. With our Custom size Saddle-Stitched booklet you can create a book as small as a pocket pamphlet, or as large as a magazine.

Choose from 98 to 297mm for the width and from 148 to 297mm for the height.

Add a Soft Touch lamination to your cover for a luxurious feel or go for a Silk finish if you are after a sleek look.

Create the ultimate Customised Saddle Stitched Book by choosing from these options:

• Wide range of paper stocks

• From 8 to 68 pages

• Minimum order just 1 when choosing 130gsm or 170gsm self-cover. For all other options, the minimum order is 25.

We aim to produce order quantities of 500 and below using our state of the art digital facilities, while larger quantities are produced using our modern litho presses.

Technical Specifications for Custom Saddle Stitched Booklet Printing

For Saddle Stitched Booklets, please submit artwork as one file in running order.

For example, a 40 page brochure should be supplied as one PDF with 40 pages running in page order.

Booklets must contain a page total divisible by 4.

It is recommended you do not place words, page numbers or images too close to the edges of each page.  We would recommend a safe zone on all sides of at least 5mm for Saddle Stitched brochures.

• Include 3mm bleed on all sides

• Supply as a CMYK PDF

• Outline or embed fonts

• 300dpi resolution
