Catch customers' attention with our eye-catching square saddle-stitched booklets. Saddle-stitching is perfect for binding smaller booklets that don't have loads of pages, such as books, brochures, and catalogues. These come with a variety of paper stocks, cover materials and page count. 

We provide the following options to print your square booklet:

• Wide range of paper stocks

• From 8 to 64 pages

• Minimum order is just 1 when choosing 130gsm or 170gsm self-cover. For all other options, the minimum order is 25.

• Short-run printing for 25–500 booklets or bulk printing for quantities of up to 50,000

• Larger quantity printing which starts at 500 up to 100, 000 pieces.

How To Set Up Design Files For Square Saddle Stitched Booklets

For Saddle Stitch Booklets, please submit artwork as one file in running order.

For example, a 40 page brochure should be supplied as one PDF with 40 pages running in page order.

Booklets must contain a page total divisible by 4.

It is recommended you do not place words, page numbers or images too close to the edges of each page.  We would recommend a safe zone on all sides of at least 5mm for Saddle Stitched brochures.

• Include 3mm bleed on all sides

• Supply as a CMYK PDF

• Outline or embed fonts

• 300dpi resolution
