Teens are not as full of energy as they once were; age doesn’t come alone *sigh* but they need t shirts that can handle the constant laundering of childhood and the teen years. That’s why we offer high quality Gildan® Heavy Cotton™ t-shirt that is up to the challenge.

These kids’ t-shirts are made from 100% cotton pre-shrunk jersey knit which is a soft cotton that feels smooth on your child’s tender skin so no worries about tactile defensiveness such as sensitivity to scratchy fabrics or synthetics that might cause sweatiness or discomfort.  The Sport Grey and Graphite Heather have a higher content of polyester so please bear that in mind when choosing your colour.

Our t-shirts are available in loads of colours, as you would expect and come in sizes from XS 16" S 17" M 18" L 19" XL 20".

Washing Instructions:

• Machine wash 30 degrees

• Inside out, with like colours.

• Only non-chlorine bleach.

• Tumble dry medium.

• Do not iron if decorated.

• Do not dry clean.

If you’d prefer to use your own design software to create your artwork, we’ve got some tips to help you design your print ready file. 

Top Tips:  

• Full front and back prints are positioned approximately 10mm from the neckline.

• Use high-resolution images (minimum 300dpi), embedded in the PDF.  

• Use a minimum font size of 8pt to ensure legibility when printed.  

• Outline all fonts, or ensure they are embedded in the PDF.  

• Avoid overlapping paths—combine elements into one continuous graphic.  

• Outline all strokes by converting them to shapes.  

• Ink may spread slightly during transfer—avoid designs with closely spaced elements that could blur or merge.  

• White ink can be printed, so please ensure that any areas not intended for print are set to transparent rather than white.
