The tumbler is 100% recyclable, allowing you to contribute to a circular economy, and it comes packed in a home compostable bag, minimisng waste even further.

Technical Specification for Branded Coffee Cups

Screen printing is a traditional print method where ink is pushed through a mesh screen onto the product, using a stencil to create the design. Each colour is applied one layer at a time, making it best suited for bold, single-colour graphics and solid shapes. Known for its durability and crisp finish, screen printing is ideal for simple logos, text, and high-volume runs on flat or slightly curved surfaces.

Top Tips:   

• Avoid fine lines and intricate details.   

• Use a minimum font size of 8pt to maintain readability.   

• Outline all strokes by converting them to shapes.   

• Don’t use gradients in your design   

• Ink may spread slightly during transfer—avoid designs with tight gaps or very closely spaced elements that could blur or merge.
