We offer full-colour printing on NCR paper in a range of sizes, including A4, A5, A6, and DL. You can choose whether to include black ink numbering and select your preferred paper colours—white, blue, yellow, pink, or green—for the second, third, and fourth sheets.

How It Works: NCR paper is coated with a special pressure-sensitive chemical that enables writing or printing to transfer from the top sheet to the sheets below. Only the top sheet can be printed on both sides, as it does not require a coating to receive transfers. The sheets beneath are coated on one side only—the side that receives the transfer. Printing on the reverse side of these coated sheets would interfere with this process, diminishing the product’s effectiveness.

Non-Printable Areas

NCR products have non-printable edges—this is where the paper is gripped during production. No ink can be applied in these areas, so avoid placing any design elements within them.

Artwork Guidelines

Please Avoid Background Colours or Borders

Backgrounds and borders that extend to the edge will be rejected as they risk entering the non-printable area.

No bleed is required for this product.

Leave a 20mm margin on the edge to be drilled. Keep all text, graphics, and colour clear of this space.
