Why not let your customers see your amazing product before they buy? People are more receptive to purchasing an item if they can physically see the product. That’s why hanging boxes with windows are ideal as they protect the item in a cardboard box and have a display window on the front to show the goods inside. These can genuinely be used for multiple different products such as cosmetics, stationery, children’s toys, kitchen items, and more.  With various sizes available, you can confidently choose the right packaging for you. We offer widths from 50mm to 180mm. It is important to note sizing has been measured from the exterior of the box.  When selecting your box, you can choose to either have no window or a PVC clear window. The “open window” option has a space cut out on the front of the box with nothing between you and the inside item. This lets customers see and even touch the item if they want. The “PVC window” option has a PVC clear sheet in the opening that creates a barrier but still allows customers to see the product. There are two material types to choose from

• 380gsm Classic Card - This material is a matt white card that is coated on one side. This can only be printed on the outside and offers a lightweight and rigid structure. This paper stock allows you to print vibrant and bold colours that will give your packaging the eye-catching appearance that you are looking for.   

• 300 gsm Embossed Card- The rough finish of this paper stock achieves an elegant and luxurious feel. The textured material is uncoated, with no option for lamination, giving a rustic vibe best suited for showcasing premium items, such as home décor or clothing products. This paper stock offers a robust and rigid construction, protecting your product inside.

If you wish for your box to stand out, apply a lamination to your order. We offer matt or gloss for these boxes, giving you packaging added protection, all while making your product stand out. If you do opt for a lamination, this reduces the recyclability of this product. Each box comes punched, creased, glued, and delivered flat.

• Download our PDF template below

• The vector paths must have a weight of at least 0.25 pt. Fonts should be embedded in the PDF or converted into curves/paths. The minimum font size (below which we cannot guarantee perfect print quality) is 6 pt.

• Supply as a CMYK PDF, preferably PDF/x1a

• 300dpi resolution

• The required bleed of 5 mm from the edge will already be in place. Leave a minimum of 3 mm between the text and the cut line.
