Hanging boxes are a practical packaging solution commonly used in retail to display products neatly and efficiently. Designed with a built-in hanger, these boxes can be easily placed on display rails, shelves, or hooks—perfect for keeping products organised and cutting down on the need for custom display bays. The consistent placement on rails also helps create a clean, unified look on the shop floor.

You can choose from a variety of sizes and materials to create the ideal packaging for your product. Please note: all dimensions are measured from the exterior of the box.

We offer a selection of premium materials to suit different styles and finishes:

• 380gsm White Card – A matte white card coated on one side. It can only be printed on the outside and provides a lightweight yet rigid structure. Ideal for bold, vibrant prints that stand out on shelves.

• 350gsm Brown Card – A brown, pulp-dyed card with a smooth, even surface for excellent printability. It can only be printed on the outside and offers a natural, eco-friendly look.

• 320gsm Premium Card – Made from pure cellulose, this high-quality card has a double-sided textured treatment that delivers sharp, vibrant print results. Printed on one side.

• 300gsm Embossed Card – A natural card also made from pure cellulose, featuring a rough texture and a soft ivory tone for a more organic, handcrafted feel. Printed on one side.

• 400gsm Classic Demimatt – Coated on both sides for exceptional image reproduction, this card is strong, flexible, and tear-resistant. Printed on both sides.

Add a premium touch with lamination, available in matt, gloss, or soft-touch finishes. Lamination not only enhances the look and feel of your packaging but also provides added protection. Please note: Lamination reduces the recyclability of this product and is only available on our 380gsm White Card.

Each box is supplied flat, punched, creased, and glued – ready for easy assembly.

Technical Specification for Hanging Boxes

• Download our PDF template below

• The vector paths must have a weight of at least 0.25 pt. Fonts should be embedded in the PDF or converted into curves/paths. The minimum font size (below which we cannot guarantee perfect print quality) is 6 pt.

• Supply as a CMYK PDF, preferably PDF/x1a

• 300dpi resolution

• The required bleed of 5 mm from the edge will already be in place. Leave a minimum of 3 mm between the text and the cut line.
