• 350gsm Brown Card – A natural, rustic look that works well unprinted but looks even better with bold, black contrast designs.

• 400gsm Classic Demimatt –  Coated on both sides for excellent image reproduction, this card is stiff and durable, offering flexibility without the risk of tearing or breaking.

These boxes can be customised on the outside to showcase your branding and give your customers a glimpse of what’s inside. Designed for durability, they can withstand significant handling before compromising the contents.

For added longevity, we offer three lamination options:

• Matt – A smooth, non-reflective finish for a premium feel.

• Gloss – A high-shine finish that enhances colours and vibrancy.

• Soft Touch – A luxurious, velvety texture for a high-end look.

Please note: Adding lamination reduces the recyclability of this product.

Technical Specification for Lined Heavy Duty Boxes

• Download our PDF template below

• The vector paths must have a weight of at least 0.25 pt. Fonts should be embedded in the PDF or converted into curves/paths. The minimum font size (below which we cannot guarantee perfect print quality) is 6 pt.

• Supply as a CMYK PDF, preferably PDF/x1a

• 300dpi resolution

• The required bleed of 5 mm from the edge will already be in place. Leave a minimum of 3 mm between the text and the cut line.
