Packaging your product in our promotional boxes with windows ensures that the customer knows that the product inside is exactly what they are looking for. Choose the option without a screen to give the customer the opportunity to touch the product before they buy. This would benefit products like clothing where customers want to feel the item to make sure it is right for them. Alternatively, choose the PVC window option which adds extra security and protection for the item inside.

The thick, 380gsm classic card is a matt white card that is coated on one side. It can only be printed on the front and offers a lightweight yet rigid structure. This paper stock allows you to print vibrant and bold colours that will give your packaging the eye-catching appearance while ensuring your product is secure inside.  We offer two laminations for these boxes, matt and gloss. The matt will give a slick, flat appearance while the gloss gives a luxurious feel. Both add an extra level of premium, whilst giving the material more protection. 

There are 53 sizes available, with dimensions ranging from 40mm to 200mm to choose from.

These boxes are supplied flat, and can quickly be built up in a few seconds, thanks to their easy base locking system and pre-glued form.

For the best print quality, please follow these guidelines:

• Vector Paths: Must have a minimum weight of 0.25 pt.

• Fonts: Embed all fonts in the PDF or convert them to curves/paths. The minimum recommended font size is 6 pt to ensure readability.

• Colour Mode: Files must be in CMYK.

• Resolution: Set to 300 ppi.

• File Format & Scale: Submit files in PDF format at a 1:1 scale.

• Bleed & Margins: A 5 mm bleed is already included. Keep all text at least 3 mm away from the cut line to avoid trimming issues
