Top tip: 

1. Consider the scale – due to the small size of the printable area do not use artwork with fine details or small text as the print will flood. Pens are best suited to strong, bold, fonts and simplified graphics.

2. Please ensure that only vector graphics are uploaded for this product for the best print quality. Supplying rasterised artwork will result in reduced print clarity, but your file will be printed and you may not receive the expected or desired effect.

Full colour inkjet printing uses nozzles to print tiny droplets of CMYK ink directly onto the surface of the product. This method allows for high-resolution images, gradients, and photo-quality prints with vibrant detail. It’s ideal for short runs, personalised designs, or artwork that includes multiple colours and fine detail. Inkjet printing works best on flat surfaces and products designed to absorb or hold ink evenly.

If you’d prefer to use your own design software to create your artwork, we’ve got some tips to help you design your print ready file. 

Top Tips:  

• Use high-resolution images (minimum 300dpi), embedded in the PDF.  

• Use a minimum font size of 8pt to ensure legibility when printed.  

• Outline all fonts, or ensure they are embedded in the PDF.  

• Flatten your design and avoid using overprint settings to ensure all elements print exactly as intended.  

• Outline all strokes by converting them to shapes.
