Yes, you can supply both your 'Artwork' and 'Cut contour' on the same layer, just ensure that the 'Cut contour' is set above your artwork graphics. The 'Cut contour' must be set to magenta 100% and make sure that you tick the 'Overprint Stroke' tab in your document so that this won’t be printed on the finished board. The minimum recommended radius for cut-to-shape elements is 10 mm so avoid very sharp or narrow cuts, and the minimum recommended width is 50 mm.

Correx is tough and impact-resistant but still lightweight. It won’t rust or rot, though it can bend under heavy force.

Correx is best for short- to medium-term use. For permanent signage, a more rigid material such as aluminium composite (Dibond)may be more suitable.
