Size Variety: We offer two thickness options:

• 3mm Sheets: These are available in sizes ranging from 200mm x 200mm to a generous 1500mm x 1800mm.

• 5mm Sheets: Choose from sizes starting at 200mm x 200mm, going up to 1200mm x 1950mm.

Personalised Plexiglas® prints are available in two finishes:

• Transparent Acrylic: Ideal for designs that allow light to shine through, offering a unique play of illumination.

• Semi-Opaque Acrylic: This finish not only covers the space with your design but also permits a gentle backlight for added visual interest.

Our Acrylic Prints are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. You can even create captivating multi-panel compositions to form a unified image. Simply upload your design in CMYK, and we'll handle the printing process for you.

It's essential to note that for clear Acrylic options, your design will automatically be mirrored and printed on the back of the sheet. This not only preserves the ink but also ensures your design remains vivid when viewed from the front. On the Opal options, we print your design on the front of the Plexiglas, guaranteeing clear visibility and a polished appearance.

Setting Up Design Files For Acrylic Signs

• Please add a 3mm bleed on all sides.

• Supply your file in full CMYK print.

• For best printing results, supply a PDF file format –

  What is a PDF x1a:2001?

• Embed all fonts, alternatively, you can outline them.

• The resolution of images should be 150 dpi.

• Safe Zone should be at 5mm away from each edge, ideally 10mm for the best results.

• To avoid disappointment, we recommend a minimum font size of 18pt and a line weight of 2pt for this product. Please have a look at our
