How To Set Up Design Files for the Anthem AM010 T-Shirt

With cutting-edge digital printing technology, DTG printing produces sharp, long-lasting prints that retain their vibrancy even after repeated washing. If you’d prefer to use your own design software to create your artwork, we’ve got some tips to help you design your print-ready file.

Top Tips:

• Use high-resolution images (minimum 300dpi), embedded in the PDF.

• Use a minimum font size of 8pt to ensure legibility when printed.

• Outline all fonts, or ensure they are embedded in the PDF.

• Avoid overlapping paths—combine elements into one continuous graphic.

• Outline all strokes by converting them to shapes.

• Ink may spread slightly during transfer—avoid designs with closely spaced elements that could blur or merge.

• White ink can be printed, so please ensure that any areas not intended for print are set to transparent rather than white.
