Our adult unisex double piqué polo shirt is the perfect choice if you are after a casual, comfortable feel with a professional look. Made from 100% Ringspun cotton this fabric will give this polo a definite step up from regular and standard polo shirts.

Our personalised Polo Shirts are printed in full colour using the direct-to-garment printing process and are available in a large selection of great colours and sizes from S up to XXL.

If you’d prefer to use your own design software to create your artwork, we’ve got some tips to help you design your print ready file. 

Top Tips:  

• Use high-resolution images (minimum 300dpi), embedded in the PDF.  

• Use a minimum font size of 8pt to ensure legibility when printed.  

• Outline all fonts, or ensure they are embedded in the PDF.  

• Avoid overlapping paths—combine elements into one continuous graphic.  

• Outline all strokes by converting them to shapes.  

• Ink may spread slightly during transfer—avoid designs with closely spaced elements that could blur or merge.  

• White ink can be printed, so please ensure that any areas not intended for print are set to transparent rather than white.
