Custom Self-Inking Stamps

Self-Inking Stamps

Our rectangular self-inking stamps are built for practicality and sustainability—crafted from at least 40% post-consumer recycled plastic and fully carbon neutral, they’re a reliable choice for conscious businesses and everyday users alike.

Perfect for fast, repeated use, these stamps are ideal for addresses, business details, admin tasks, and more. Whether you're stamping envelopes, invoices, packaging, or documentation, they deliver crisp impressions and a clean, professional finish—no ink pad required.

Choosing the right size? Here’s a quick guide based on 10pt font usage:

• Small Stamp: Up to 3 lines of text

• Medium Stamp: Up to 5 lines of text

• Large Stamp: Up to 6 lines of text

If you opt for a font size larger than 10pt, the number of lines will reduce—so we recommend keeping your message concise for the best results.

Each stamp comes with a blank label that you can customise by stamping with your design, then sliding it into place—making it easy to identify and uniquely yours.

Rectangular stamps can be great for:

• Offices: Mark documents as approved, confidential, or received. Include addresses, return details, or reference numbers with ease.

• Retail & Ecommerce: Stamp packaging with thank-you messages, brand names, or care instructions.

• Healthcare & Clinics: Use for patient files, appointment reminders, or repeat prescriptions.

• Education: Perfect for marking books, giving feedback, or issuing library returns.

• Craft & Market Traders: Add branding or contact info to paper bags, tags or receipts.

Designed for thousands of impressions and refillable for long-term use, our rectangular self-inking stamps are the smart, sustainable choice for quick and consistent stamping across industries.

Our stamps go hand in hand with our Invoice Pads, NCR range, Printed Envelopes or Letterheads.
